About Us
Wexford Masters Openwater Sea Swimming Club was established in January 2012 and is affiliated to Swim Ireland.
We love sea-swimming! From May ’til September, we have sea sessions every Tuesday and Friday evening and every Sunday morning at various locations. For the rest of the year, we have regular pool sessions every Monday evening in Ferrybank pool in Wexford Town.
We swim at many of the annual sea races around the country. We also have a mixed relay team who is working their way through the Oceans 7 Challenge.
We organise 2 annual charity sea swims. The Tracie Lawlor Memorial Cup raises funds for the Tracie Lawlor Trust for Cystic Fibrosis. The Saltee Island Swim raises funds for the RNLI.
